About 'debt collection harrassment'|CFPB Files Amicus Brief in Supreme Court FDCPA Case (and a word on the CFPB's amicus program)

Every               day               at               least               one               debt               collector               calls               every               Americans'               home               causing               stress               and               unwanted               disputes.

I               have               worked               in               the               collection               business               for               a               bank               for               about               six               months.

One               thing               that               I               do               is               try               to               assist               my               clients               with               their               financial               situation.

If               they               don't               have               the               money               then               I               won't               collect               from               them,               while               others               bash               them               with               threats.

Here               are               ten               easy               steps               to               legally               stop               calls               from               coming               into               your               home.
